Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachan on Honeymoon Trip
Ever since the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai got married to Abhishek Bachchan last weekend, all pondered on what surname she would opt for. And now reports are that Ash has decided on her surname. Bollywood's hottest bride will take her new husband's famous name to become Aishwarya Bachchan, said her father-in-law, Bollywood mega superstar Amitabh Bachchan . Ash has already signed an autograph as Aishwarya Bachchan, the Big B told in an interview to a daily published on Thursday.

It has been dubbed Bollywood's wedding of the decade. The reigning king and queen of Indian cinema tied the knot yesterday in a private ceremony attended by a small group of billionaires, politicians and close family.
Following Hindu tradition in northern India, actor Abhishek Bachchan, 31, rode in on a white horse leading his wedding procession in Mumbai, before circling a fire to marry one of his leading ladies, Aishwarya Rai, 33. The bride and groom exchanged wedding vows in a huge air-conditioned tent, wreathed in red and pink flowers and covered in green and gold cloth, in a garden adjoining the Bachchan family home.
Fewer than 100 guests had been invited, most of them the cream of Bollywood. Not present was Sonia Gandhi, who had once been was close to the Bachchans in the late 80s but fell out with them over politics. Hundreds of police and security guards kept out gatecrashers. [www.hindu.com]

Bollywood's hottest couple - Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachan - tied the knot Friday in a traditional Hindu ceremony in the Indian city of Mumbai.
More than 1,000 fans lined the streets and climbed trees to catch a glimpse of the bride, Aishwarya Rai, a former Miss World and actress, and the groom, film star Abhishek Bachchan.
Hundreds of police were deployed to keep journalists and fans from disrupting the ceremony.

Ahishek Aishwarya Honemoon in Europe?
Abishek Bachan and Aishwarya Rai got invitation from Europe for their Honeymoon celebrations even before they decided the marriage date. They got invitation from France and Switzerland for their honeymoon. Swiss tourism and Rail Europe are the parties that invited Abhishek Bachan and Aishwarya Rai to Europe for the Honeymoon. The total package is for eight days by the Rail Europe. See their photos below. I will be updating the photos of their marriage as soon as it available.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are now officially engaged. This confirmation came from Abhishek's father, film icon Amitabh Bachchan, at whose residence here the engagement took place.
There was no immediate word on the wedding date but it was reported that Abhishek popped the question to Ash after the international premiere in Toronto Friday of Bollywood film "Guru" featuring the duo in the lead roles.
Aishwarya Rai had in the past been romantically linked to actors Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi but the recent buzz claimed that she and Abhishek were an item and were about to tie the knot.
These reports gained added more credibility after Aishwarya accompanied Abhishek and his parents to perform rituals at a Varanasi temple in November last year.
